The journey begins

[Marnoto]

"Marnoto!" The yell pierces the silence. Marnoto falls out of bed. "What?! What is it?!" He yells alarmed. "Get out of bed!" His mom yells from downstairs. "I am out of bed!" he yells back. "When you shouted I fell out!" "Well get dressed and get down here!" "why so early!" Marnoto complains. slowly getting up. "Because today you get your pokemon and you have to leave in five minutes!" "Five minutes!" Marnoto yells startled. Then he started running around getting ready faster than he had ever done before. He ran downstairs and ate breakfast as fast as he could. "bye mom." He says before rushing out of his house and running down the path to the lab. When he got there panting he knocked on the door. "Come in." Says a voice from inside. He walks in. "Ah. Marnoto." Says Proffesor Birch. "I'm here for my pokemon." Marnoto pants. "Lucky you." Says the proffesor. "We have one left." He hands Marnoto a poke ball. "Thank you proffesor." Marnoto says hurriedly and runs out of the lab. "I should check what pokemon is in here." Marnoto thought. Then he threw the ball. A mudkip popped out! And so Marnoto ran with mudkip out of town. And so Marnoto's pokemon journey began.

[Hikari]

Hikari sat on the dirt road as her Luxray sat beside her, "Skyla, what did you hear?" she asked her Luxray, it replied with,"Ray, Lux!" Hikari looked forward as a boy and a Mudkip kept getting further. Hikari stopped them for a second, "Careful, there are Trainers and Wild Pokemon ahead, with that cute Mudkip of yours, you must be a trainer move forward." Hikari said.

[Marnoto]

"I will." Marnoto says cheerfully before walking away wondering who in the world she was.

[Hikari]

Hikari patted Skyla, her Luxray as it stared at Marnato walk off with his Mudkip. "Huh?" Hikari wondered as she saw him talk to his Mudkip, an illusion. "God! Why am I like this!" Hikari yelped and held her head as Skyla sat back down beside her.

[Marnoto]

Suddenly Marnoto ran back hurriedly heading for town.

[Hikari]

The Luxray nudged Hikari lightly with her nose, "Luxray!" it responded as Hikari jumped up, "Hm?" she said to herself watching the boy run back towards town. "Wha- What's wrong?" she asked the boy.

[Marnoto]

"I forgot my bag." he yells as he quickly runs into town falls trips gets up and keeps going. A minute later he walked out of town with his bag. "Let's go!" He says cheerfully to mudkip. Then he leaves again.

[Hikari]

Hikari smiled, "That boy must be energetic." Hikari muttered to herself and called down her Staraptor, "Hawk, fly over the boy!" she called the Staraptor as Hawk let her on his back and put Skyla back in her Pokeball, "Go!" she yelled as Hawk flew above him gently and a bit swervy.

[Marnoto]

He looked up and saw Hawk. "A staraptor!' He says really excited. "I should catch it! Mudkip use tackle!' mudkip jumps up in a tackle on staraptor.

[Hikari]

Hikari waves from above the Staraptor as it slowly lowered down, "Sorry, but I trained this one." Hikari said and winked, "You could walk in the tall grass and find a pokemon, like a Starly, or even a Shinx." Hikari smiled and shot a glare at the tall grass, "It looks like some Pokemon are in that grass, but be cautious, some weird pokemon come out. One time, I accountered a Darkrai, it started making my Luxio attack me, when Skyla my Luxray was younger." she yawned.

[Marnoto]

"Thanks for the info." Minarto says quickly and runs into the grass with mudkip. Then mudkip makes a noise. it found a __________.

[Hikari]

Zigzagoon jumped out of the grass and attempted to attack Mudkip! But it was different coloured ... ?

Minarto gasped. "It's a shiny pokemon!" He yells excite. "Mudkip use tackle!"

[Hikari]

Mudkip hit Zigzagoon with it's attempt, it hit a tree, critical!

Zigzagoon - 92%

Mudkip - 100%

[Marnoto]

"Mudkip! use tail whip to lower defense!" Marnoto commands.

[Hikari]

Zigzagoon watched the tail move back and forth, then it tackled Mudkip!

Mudkip - 94%

Zigzagoon - 92% [Lowered defense]

[Marnoto]

"Mudkip!" Marnoto yells. " You can do it! Use tackle!"

[Hikari]

Zigzagoon watched the Mudkip attack it, it fell into the ground and got back up with a struggle, it attempted to tackle the mudkip.

Mudkip - 94%

Zigzagoon - 86% [Lowered Defense]

[Marnoto]

When it got neer mudkip Marnoto suddenly yelled. "Tackle it head on!"

[Hikari]

Mudkip hit the Zigzagoon with a head-on attack, it tried to stand, it couldn't, it fell back down. "Now it's your chance to catch it!" Hikari yelled to him.

Mudkip - 94%

Zigzagoon - 15%

[Marnoto]

Marnoto threw a poke ball at it.

[Hikari]

The pokeball shot a beam of light around Zigzagoon.

1......... 2......... 3.......... Blip!

Zigzagoon was caught!

"Good job!" Hikari yelled.

No nickname. "Yay! I caught a pokemon!" Marnoto yells hugging mudkip as hard as he could. it flailed aroud in his arms trying to escape.

Hikari smiled and flew over him gently and swervy over the boy again.

"Why do yo do that?" Marnoto asks accidently dropping the mudkip he was suffocating.
